We primarily serve Bath, Cornwall and London with surrounding areas, but depending on the project, we may be able to travel further. Get in touch to discuss your location and project needs.
How long does a typical project take?
Project timelines vary depending on the scope of work. A renovation can take a few weeks, while larger full site projects like development or commercial deals - will take several months. We provide clear timelines before starting any work.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes! We offer free, no-obligation quotes. After an initial consultation, we’ll assess your project needs and charge an advice fee plus earn commission from the deal.
Do you offer standard residential mortgages?
Yes. If you want to remortgage or buy a home - we have an experienced residential team to help you.
Are you FCA registered and fully compliant?
We are setting up as an Appointed Representative of Connect Brokers - and taking cautious yet practical steps to ensure your safe journey. As of 26th of Sept - James has the paperwork to sign to await us showing up on FCA pages.
Can I build a home using your self build service?
Yes. Everything depends on the type of work being carried out. For smaller projects like bathrooms and kitchens, staying at home may be possible with minimal disruption. However, larger renovations and structural work may require more complex lending. We’ll discuss this with you before starting.
